Wedding Khoncepts is a woman-owned, Multicultural, Boston-based wedding videotaping and editing services company.

We are here to assist our wedding couples with creating a unique and one of a kind memorable Wedding DVD just for you!

Along with hiring a photographer, wedding videos are another important feature as we capture your entire day, LIVE.

All of our wedding couples have one theme in common, "the whole day was such a blur and each time we watch the wedding video we see something else new and fun that we didn't know happened".

We offer four Wedding Packages featuring videotaping options that are taking place within one hour of driving distance from downtown Boston . 

We  know there are many friends and family members who offer to videotape for free and that is super special, however Wedding Khoncepts will be there for the entire day, at your service, capturing all 4 to 7 hours of fabulous moments. 

Wedding Khoncepts also includes, during the editing process, of capturing at least one hundred images from the wedding video footage and creating a soft cover wedding photo album!

Wedding Khoncepts

Our Fabulous "One Location" Wedding and Reception Ceremony Package.

We  offer a wonderful discount to couples who will hold their wedding and reception in the same building or outdoor location.

 

·         One camera person will arrive 30 minutes prior to wedding ceremony

·         There is a one camera view of the entire wedding ceremony

·         The video camera is on until the bride and groom leave for the reception room  area.

·         One  video camera ( 1 camera person) during the reception with the exception of the dinner break. A video camera will continue to record the reception gathering while the camera person takes a 30 minute, meal provided break) 

Wedding Locations: Suffolk Counties, Allston, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Milton, Roxbury and South Boston. 

Wedding DVDs: Each couple receives most of the raw  videotaped footage of the wedding  and reception 

·         Footage is placed on DVDs and mailed within 21 business days from their wedding date

·         Each couple receives 3 edited DVDs (apprx 90 minutes each ), complete with titles and chapter markers.

·         Edited DVDs are mailed within  60 business days from their wedding date.

The three main differences between our Internet Wedding Special and our regular videotaping package are:

·         specific city locations

·         wedding/reception in the same building

·         using one video camera person -  reduces quite a bit of editing  time

 Wedding Ceremony: 

·         We arrive 30 minutes prior to wedding ceremony

·         Two video cameras (2 camera persons) during the wedding celebration

·         Cameras are on until the bride and groom leave for the reception

Wedding Reception:

·         Two video cameras (2 camera persons) during most of the reception with the exception of the dinner hour- (each camera person alternates a 30 minute, provided, meal break)

Wedding DVDs:

·         Each couple receives most of the raw footage of the wedding ceremony from the main camera

·         Footage is placed on DVDs and are mailed within 21 business days from their wedding date 

·         Each couple receives 3 edited DVDs (apprx 90 minutes each ) , complete with titles and chapter markers.

·         We arrive 30-45 minutes prior to wedding ceremony, capturing the activities just before the ceremony

·         Two video cameras (2 camera persons) during the wedding celebration

·         Cameras are on until the bride and groom leave for the reception

Wedding Reception:

·         Two video cameras (2 camera persons) during most of the reception with the exception of the dinner hour- (each camera person alternates a 30 minute, provided, meal break)

Wedding DVDs:

·         Each couple receives most of the raw footage of the wedding ceremony from the main camera

·         Footage  is placed on DVDs and are mailed within 21 business days from their wedding date

·         Each couple receives 3 edited DVDs (apprx 90 minutes each ) , complete with titles and chapter markers.

·         NEW FEATURE! Beginning 2010, our wedding clients will an exciting, 5x7,   wedding photo album containing still images taken directly from their wedding videotaped footage

This exciting package is yours for  $1,500.00. 

 A nominal nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve all wedding dates. We offer easy PayPal payment options and/or checks and money orders can be mailed to Wedding Khoncepts. Full payment would be made 24 hours prior to the wedding date, eliminating an additional task to be handled on the day of the wedding.
